This Enrollment Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Healing Microbiome LLC ("Company", “we”, or “us”) and You (“Client” or “You”) and governs your participation in the course(s) and/or coaching programs offered by Healing Microbiome LLC. By clicking “I Agree,” entering your payment information, or otherwise enrolling (electronically, verbally, or otherwise), you agree to the terms of this legally binding agreement.
1. Company’s Services
Upon execution of this Agreement, Healing Microbiome LLC offers a non-medical, educational online course titled “Healing Microbiome: Restore Your Health,” designed by Dr. Neal Shah, founder of Healing Microbiome LLC.

Upon execution of this Agreement, Healing Microbiome LLC offers a non-medical, educational online group coaching program titled “Healing Microbiome: Learn to Reprogram Your Health in 2 Weeks,” facilitated by Dr. Neal Shah, founder of Healing Microbiome LLC.
The program includes:
- 12 live coaching sessions (approximately 1 hour/day across 2 weeks) with group interaction, polls, guided meditations, and access to PDF resources, delivered via Zoom with replays provided
- Access to session recordings for 6 weeks from the program start date or 4 weeks after completion
- Video lectures, reading materials, worksheets, and tools
- Guided practices including meditation, dietary advice, and lifestyle adjustments
- Educational content on the Energy-Mind-Microbiome-Body connection
- Email support from purchase date until 4 weeks after program completion
