New patient consultation
A full review of your kidney history, medicines and recent results. You receive a written summary and plan that you can share with your local doctors.
Follow up visit
For existing patients. We review progress, new results and any changes to your plan.
Lab and record review
I review your blood tests, urine tests, imaging and specialist reports, then explain the findings and next steps in plain language.
Second opinion
An independent opinion on a kidney diagnosis or treatment plan that you have already received.
Patients in Maryland or India
You must be physically located in Maryland or in India during the visit. I confirm your location at the start of each visit.

From request to visit

I contact you for a brief informal discussion.
The fee is confirmed in writing and an invoice is sent.
You pay the invoice before the visit.
We meet by video or phone at the agreed time.
Agreed before the visit
Fees
Fees are discussed and confirmed in writing before the visit, then sent as an invoice. Payment is due before the consultation. Fees are in US dollars. Patients in India may see the invoice converted to rupees at checkout, and the payment processor may add a small currency conversion charge.
Insurance
I do not accept insurance. Fees are paid directly by the patient. A receipt is available on request, but I do not file insurance claims.
Cancellations and refunds
If you cancel before the visit starts, you receive a full refund. There is no refund after a completed visit. If I need to cancel, you receive a full refund or a new time.
Not for emergencies
Telehealth consultations are not for urgent or emergency care. In an emergency, call 911 in Maryland or 112 in India, or go to the nearest emergency department.
